The Community Resource Center provides Atlanta’s special needs community a hub where adults, students and families can find information and support regarding their learning differences.  Combining the forces from CHADD GA, LDA GA, Kids Enabled and GOLD, the Center provides workshops for parents, monthly parent and adult support groups, individual consultation, and resource information.  The Center’s Director, Joan K. Teach, PhD is a known lecturer providing information on learning style adaptations, strategies that facilitate learning and self-esteem development for lifestyle changes.
